Our workout programs, meticulously designed in collaboration with the expertise of our amazing women's wellness doctor, are thoughtfully tailored to meet the specific needs of women's bodies. Every class within our program places a central emphasis on strength training, promoting muscle growth, enhancing strength, and optimising metabolism. Rest assured, this isn't the kind of strength training that results in a bulky, Hulk Hogan-esque physique. Instead, it cultivates holistic strength throughout your body, leaving you feeling empowered.
You'll can engage in five 20-minute strength workouts each week, at a time that suits you. Two of these workouts are structured in the HIIT style, elevating your heart rate and turbocharging your metabolism. The remaining three are low-impact, strength-focused sessions. One hones in on your core and back, another on upper body, and the third concentrates on lower body. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, our classes accommodate all levels and offer the flexibility to choose your intensity using light weights and resistance bands.
4. Weekly Meal Plans:
Alongside your workouts, you'll also receive a weekly meal plan. Say goodbye to guesswork and hello to balanced, nutritious meals that align with your journey to wellness.
These include recipes and shopping lists and will provide you with all the right foods to feel full and energised. Our meal plans are deisgned to boost metabolism, improve bone health, improve strength and boost your gut health.
Professional Live sessions:
Join us on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm for live sessions with a female doctor, who has a special interest in women's health and wellness. She will provide valuable advice, address your questions, and offer insights to help you thrive. In addition to this we have a monthly workshop lead by a wellness professional, where you can gain insights on all aspects of women's wellness.

In the pursuit of achieving holistic wellness, we understand the importance of joy in our lives. That's why we've introduced 'Friday Fun Day' as a delightful addition to our subscription. Every Friday, we'll be offering an exciting giveaway to one of our members.
